Fund for Gender Equality

The Fund for Gender Equality has announced the Call for Proposals for the second phase of its 2011–2012 grantmaking cycle. Proposals will be accepted for innovative programmes to help women achieve political and economic empowerment. The Fund will award multi-year grants ranging from USD 200,000 to USD 1 million.

The Fund is currently inviting proposals from Africa, Asia and the Pacific, Europe and Central Asia and Latin America and the Caribbean. The online application database will be open from 12 to 23 March 2012 and grants will be announced in October 2012.
